Do I need a full rewire or just a consumer unit change?
It depends on the age and condition of your installation, cable types, and how your usage has changed. We survey first and recommend the smallest compliant scope — sometimes a CU upgrade plus targeted circuits is enough.
Will you deal with building control and certification?
Yes. Where notifiable work applies we notify or provide the correct certification path, and we leave you with certificates and test records for your files.
Can you add fire alarms during other electrical work?
Often yes. We agree the category and coverage with you (and your builder if relevant), install to the agreed specification, and commission so you know how to test and maintain them.
Can CCTV and fibre be done in an older house without damage?
We plan routes and containment to minimise disruption. Some properties need surface trunking or discrete overboarding; we discuss options and finishes before we commit to a route.
