These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, and services provided by Tec Electrical Services Ltd. By instructing us to proceed with work, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations and scope
- Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey or enquiry.
- Any additional or changed scope may require a revised quotation.
- Quoted prices may include assumptions on access, availability, and existing installation condition.
2. Access and site conditions
- Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely site access.
- We may pause works where conditions are unsafe or materially different from agreed scope.
3. Programme and delays
- Proposed dates are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, supply chain issues, or access restrictions.
4. Payment terms
- Payment terms are stated on your quotation or invoice.
- Deposits or stage payments may be required depending on project size and materials.
- Late payment may result in delayed scheduling, paused works, or recovery action where necessary.
5. Variations and remedial work
If hidden defects, non-compliant existing work, or additional requirements are identified, we will discuss options and costs before progressing beyond agreed scope.
6. Liability
- We will perform works with reasonable care and skill in line with relevant standards and regulations.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
7. Warranties and manufacturer cover
Product warranties are subject to each manufacturer's terms. Installation workmanship guarantees (where provided) apply to the specific scope agreed in writing.
8. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Costs already incurred for labour, materials, or bookings may be chargeable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
